What devices does this work on? Any device with a modern browser — desktop, laptop, iPad, iPhone. Nothing to install.
Is child data stored anywhere? Yes, your entries are saved securely so you can pick up where you left off — but child name and date of birth are stripped out before anything is sent to AI for drafting, and nothing is ever used to train an AI model.
Does this tool need access to my Google account? Only for the tools that connect to your own Google Sheet (Session Notes and billing) — and only the specific permission needed for that, nothing broader. COS and Review don't require Google account access at all.
Does the AI write my COS ratings for me? No, it drafts a starting point from your own notes. Nothing exports or saves until you've reviewed and approved it. You're always the clinical decision-maker.
Is this HIPAA compliant? Yes, PHI is stripped before anything is sent for AI processing, and the platform runs on HIPAA-compliant infrastructure.
